Thank you for supporting Maile Miyake Studio. Each item is made with care and intention. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.


1. Production & Delivery Time

All physical products are made from scratch.

Because each item is created by hand and made to order, please allow 1–2 weeks total for production and delivery.

This 1–2 week timeframe includes both creation time and shipping time.

Orders are completed in the order they are received. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Information

All orders ship from California, United States.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Maile Miyake Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • High shipping volume

  • Customs processing (for international orders)


3. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT or additional fees required by their country

Maile Miyake Studio is not responsible for customs delays.


4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Maile Miyake Studio is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Carrier-related delays

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We are not responsible for lost shipments

  • Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package

Please contact us immediately at [your email address] if you notice an address error.


6. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and determine an appropriate resolution.


7. Digital Product Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping time.

After purchase, you will receive:

  • A download link via email or

  • Immediate access on the order confirmation page

If you experience issues accessing your file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Digital products are non-refundable.
